All prices stated on the website are INCLUSIVE OF GST. All of the pricing states for the purchase of said items and do not include any installation, configuration, or delivery.

CPCOM reserves the right to change the price of any product listed in the store without any given notice.

We also reserve the right to not honor any mistyping, errors on the prices shown in the list price. All products are subject to availability.

CPCOM also reserves the right to refuse any sales without any further notice. The prices listed are for the payment method of CASH/Cheque/DirectDeposit/EFT only, credit card payment will incur 2% charge.  


All information registered and submitted to CPCOM are private and confidential, thus are not to be shared to any unauthorized personnel. However, the data may be released when instructed by the court of law should it be required. Further information can be seen on our privacy page.


All products carry a minimum of 12-month return to base manufacturer's warranty. Some products may offer an extended warranty as specified by the respective manufacturer.

CPCOM's warranty is based on the manufacturer's warranty and terms and condition. CPCOM's will process all warranty claims with the manufacturer on behalf the customers.

Products returned for warranty claims will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers. There will be no financial refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 

Proof purchase/ Invoice is required to process any warranty claims, and the detailed of faults also needs to be included.

Warranty is solely for any goods that are directly purchased from the CPCOM store.

Products that are returned to CPCOM that are tested and found no fault may incur a $50 labor charge or as specified at the discretion of CPCOM.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in returning the items to CPCOM for warranty claims. CPCOM will cover any cost of the shipping to the respective supplier to process the claims. 

CPCOM will not liable in any way for any special, incidental, consequential or indirect loss resulting from faulty systems or parts. These may include but not limited to loss of hardware, loss of data, or profits. 

All products are intended to be professionally installed. Any loss due to improper installation will void the warranty.

Warranties will be voided if a defect is not the fault of the manufacturer. These defects are such as but not limited to mishandling, modification, tampering, abuse, physical damage, improper use/installation, or power surge/electrical strike.

CPCOM is not responsible for any data losses resulted from the warranty claims and advised the customer to back up their data before sending the item for warranty

Customers must complete the warranty return form available on the website. 

Turnaround time of warranty returns may subject to the availability of the replacement product from manufacturers/ distributor. 

CPCOM's will not be responsible for any warranty claimed items that are unclaimed and not pick up for any longer than 3 months. 

Returns of Goods / Refunds

Change of mind returns is accepted in the first 7 days counted from the receipt date AND only if the items are still in UNUSED/UNOPENED conditions OR by any means in the same condition as when it was purchased from the store.

Perishable/Consumable/Software goods or any other items that are listed in their description might not be returned/refunded.

Proof of purchase is always needed to process the return process, thus it is advised for customers to keep their receipts.

There will be a 10% restocking fees, calculated from the invoice value.

Testing of returned goods will be performed before any credits/refunds/exchange is completed.

If in any case, we are unable to perform the test, the items will be sent to the supplier for additional assessment. All damaged goods or faulty goods (DOA) needs to be reported within 7 days of purchase, and 14 days if the items were shipped. The customer is also liable for the shipping cost of any items that are returned.

Following ACCC guidelines, if the goods returned have had a fair amount of use, CPCOM is allowed to offer a partial refund. 


All goods supplied by CPCOM are at the customer's risk immediately from delivery. CPCOM shall not be responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to the property or person of the customer or any third party as a result of any defect in the goods whether patent or latent, and the customer indemnifies CPCOM against any claims against it by any third party arising out of any defects

All goods are remained to be the property of CPCOM until the invoice is paid in full until the title passes, CPCOM has the rights to retain, repossess, or sell the goods. No warranty is given that any hardware & software guaranteed to work with customer's system.
