Delivery Options

Courier

CPCOM provides a delivery option using Australia Post as the main courier. As of now, CPCOM's can only fulfill purchases within Australia only, international orders are not accepted. 

We strive to send the order as fast as we can, usually, it is within 3 business days of purchase the order will be shipped. Delivery time might vary, depending on the location and the courier itself. 

We will issue a tracking number to each order.

Moreover, we will group each item in order to be delivered in one package, with the exception of an oversize size item might be delivered separately. 

Our shipping options in the checkout calculate the cost of shipping based on distance, weight, quantity, and size of the package.

In-Store Pickup

CPCOM also provides a pickup option, where the customer could pick up the order directly from the store. Customers could order the items through our website, and once we received the order, we will process the order and will contact through email if the order is ready to be picked up.

CPCOM's provides a variety of payment options such as:

3. Bank Transfer
4. Pay In Store (For In-Store Pickup Only)
